    How to Apply

    You can search for a job by using one or a combination of the following search options.

    1. Location: State/Province (geographic region)

    2. Organization: Department (Novato Community Hospital)

    3. Job: Category (job type, such as nursing, management)

    4. Keyword or Job Number Search
    Once you have located a job you are qualified for, begin by clicking Apply Online.

    Application Tips

    Here are some tips for using the online application:

    1. Our online application process includes a series of questions that you can respond to by "pointing and clicking."

    2. When prompted, you may cut and paste portions of your resume directly into the required fields.

    3. Depending on how computer savvy you are, the initial application could take you 10 to 20 minutes. However, subsequent applications may only take you minutes since we already have all your information. All you will need to do is respond to the "skill based" questions.

    4. As you click Continue at the end of each page, your application will be entered into the Sutter Health employment database. With your approval, we will notify you of future openings matching your interests.
