Memorial & Tribute Gifts

An act of generosity and kindness combined, a memorial or tribute gift honors someone special:

Honor a loved one or friend.

Commemorate a holiday or life event.

Express gratitude to a special doctor, nurse or other medical center staff member. Patients, their family members, neighbors and friends can make a tribute gift to honor doctors and caregivers who have affected their lives in a special way.

Tribute gifts can be made online (click Donate Now) or through our Printable Donation Form. Just indicate your gift is to honor a loved one or your favorite physician. At your request, the honoree will be notified of your gift without stating the amount.

Annual Gifts

Your annual cash gift will help us to sustain ongoing programs and operations. With the cost of patient care, services, and technology rising each year, NCH increasingly depends on annual gifts. You may choose to make an unrestricted gift or you may direct it to an area that is especially meaningful to you or your loved ones.

Stock & Real Estate Gifts

A transfer of stocks, bonds or real estate to NCH may provide significant tax advantages to the donor. Please contact the Fund Development Office prior to making a stock transaction.

Capital Gifts

Capital gifts allow us to support hospital needs such as construction of rooms, or buildings, major unit renovation, and new equipment to ensure that all facilities are both efficient and comfortable for patients and medical staff. Periodically, major capital campaigns are planned to meet global changes and needs – bringing NCH to a new level of growth. Capital donations frequently provide opportunities for name recognition of a family or individual that has made the support of NCH a part of the tradition. Legacy Donor Society

The Mt. Burdell Society includes donors who have given $10,000 or more. In addition to being entitled to permanent Donor Recognition Wall plaques, they have the opportunity to name (for themselves, their families, their businesses, or a person or persons of their choice) a room or other functional space within the new hospital. A plaque naming the room is placed inside or adjacent to the entrance to the space named by the donor.

The Employee Giving Campaign at Novato Community Hospital gives employees the opportunity to improve the lives of people in need and support the hospital where they work by giving to their fund of choice.
