Admissions
The Admitting Department, located behind the Information Desk in the Atrium Lobby, manages the inpatient admissions, outpatient surgery pre-admissions and scheduled diagnostic imaging registration.

Coffee Services
Coffee and food is available in Cafe 101 Mon - Fri from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Snacks and beverages are available in vending machines around the clock.

Pre-Admission Information
Doctor's offices have up-to-date Novato Community Hospital information and instructions on outpatient procedure and/or inpatient stays.
A surgery nurse conducts a pre-surgery class for all Joint Replacement Program patients so they will know what to bring to the hospital and what to expect during their recuperation period.

Discharge planning, social services counseling, education, logistical support and informatin about community resources are provided through the Case Management Department.

The Chaplaincy provides pastoral care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
